What is Health Psychology?

Health Psychologists use a multidisciplinary perspective to promote positive health behaviors, encourage behavioral change and behavioral maintenance. Health Psychologists are frequently part of multidisciplinary teams conducting research and delivering interventions in academic, clinical, research, governmental, and community settings.
