Rachel Siegal was selected for not one but TWO dissertation awards!

• May 2022: Rachel Siegal was selected to receive an $8,000 scholarship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte graduate school to support her dissertation during the 2022 summer term.
• April 2022: Rachel Siegal is one of 100 doctoral students in the U. S., and Canada selected to receive a $20,000 Scholar Award from the P.E.O. Sisterhood for the 2022-2023 academic school year. Her dissertation is focused on supporting and enhancing community violence prevention efforts in Mecklenburg County. She was sponsored by Chapter CE of Charlotte, North Carolina.
